This policy applies to your interactions with our Etsy shop 12 Tribes On Earth by LeesaCrafts (“we,” “us,” “our”) through Etsy’s website and apps (the “Services”).

Order & account info: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (if provided), items purchased, price, and order dates.
Payment details: processed by Etsy/PayPal/other providers; we do not receive your full card numbers.
Messages & custom requests: content you send via Etsy Messages.
Public interactions: your reviews, photos you choose to post, or other content you share on Etsy.
Technical/cookie data: collected by Etsy to run and improve its Services (see Etsy’s Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy).
If you purchase as a Guest, Etsy still shares essential order details with us so we can fulfill your order.

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, handle returns/exchanges.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): maintain records for tax, accounting, and compliance.

With Etsy: to operate within the platform and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy/Terms.
Service providers: shipping/delivery carriers, printing/fulfillment (if used), bookkeeping or tax tools (if used).

We do not sell your personal information.

12 Tribes On Earth by LeesaCrafts is the data controller for shop-level processing we perform (fulfilling your order, customer support, our records). We act within Etsy’s ecosystem and policies.
